About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that food is served promptly and to the highest standards
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
