Job Summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, a leading Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing company, is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for driving company vehicles within assigned areas to pick up or transport parts as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up and deliver parts as assigned, utilizing the most efficient routes and schedules.
  • Assist the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain the safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to company requirements and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the Parts Department.
Requirements
  • Prefer experience in parts-related roles or transportation coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
