Avera@Home Home Medical Equipment Mitchell is seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Clinician to join our team. As a Medical Equipment Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medical equipment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Clinical Planning: Develop and implement individualized plans for medical equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Application and Follow-Up: Conduct home visits and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Patient Records and Communication: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.


Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Licensure and Certification: Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required. Licensure or certification in the State of South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota is also required.
