What You'll Do

As a Cost Analyst Intern at Waupaca Foundry, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Budget and forecast preparation.
  • Profit and loss variance analysis.
  • Operational performance tracking.
  • Capital project payback assessment.
  • Product costing.

You will work closely with experienced professionals to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify areas for process improvement. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and operations management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be enrolled in post-high school education for the Fall 2025 semester.
  • Have a minimum of 1 completed year in a related field (preferred).
  • Be considered a full-time student (12 credits or more).

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
