Position Summary
JEO Consulting Group is actively seeking an Architectural Project Leader to strengthen our team. This position provides the opportunity to take charge of design initiatives, engage with clients, oversee project management, and supervise the creation of construction documents for a range of architectural endeavors. The Architectural Project Leader is essential in building robust relationships with clients and team members, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan a variety of architectural projects for residential, commercial, and educational sectors.
- Support business development through client interactions and marketing strategies.
- Oversee project management tasks from initial proposals to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to financial objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Review and interpret various documents to inform project planning and execution.
- Coordinate project efforts with team members and external collaborators for effective project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of design and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
- Effectively manage project budgets and financial resources.
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed Professional Architect in the State of Nebraska (ability to obtain additional licenses in neighboring states and NCARB certification preferred).
- 15-20 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design software.
- Proven skills in design and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective teamwork.
