Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our team at EL PASO HOSE & FITTINGS CORP Defunct. As an Invoice Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the entire invoicing process, from researching and gathering necessary information to verifying accuracy and preparing monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer client calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Research and gather necessary information for completion of invoices, including verifying pricing and matching of purchasing orders
  • Bill customers for products and/or services, and check invoices for discrepancies
  • Keep customer files updated with current invoices and contact information
  • Verify accuracy of pricing and matching of purchasing orders
  • Prepare monthly reports for Operations manager, including reviewing A/R reports and calling customers with past due invoices
  • File daily invoices as required, and send out payment remittance for vendors payments
  • Assist Admin Assistants with duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain contact list for office employees, and order office supplies in a timely manner
  • Take accurate minutes and notes during staff meetings, and book travel arrangements as needed
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months invoicing experience
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Very detailed-oriented and good with figures/numbers
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate with customers
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
