About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at ABA Solutions Inc. as a Behavioral Therapist - Board Certified. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct initial assessments and reassessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and review treatment data to make appropriate modifications as needed.
  • Clinical Documentation: Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessment reports, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and training to RBTs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Parent Training and Education: Deliver parent training sessions to client caregivers, empowering them to support their child's behavior and development.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Certification: Active BCBA certification with at least 6 months of experience.
  • Skills and Experience: Competency working with both behavior reduction and skill acquisition, experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism, and experience providing supervision to RBTs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
