Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide evidence-based treatment to individuals and families. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and provide training and supervision to our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide training and supervision to our team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to achieve their goals and promote positive behavior change.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in ABA.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours.
  • A sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time BCBA's and $3500 for part-time BCBA's after successful completion of 400 and 275 billable hours within 6 months, respectively.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record.
