Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Industrial Engineer to contribute to our innovative projects in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of aerospace components and product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate expertise in aerospace components and possess a comprehensive understanding of aerospace product development and manufacturing processes.
2. Utilize problem-solving skills and troubleshooting techniques, conducting root cause analysis and implementing solutions through lean methodologies, including PDCA, 5S, quality control tools, value stream mapping, and cost reduction strategies.
3. Prepare station-specific standard work instructions and create work breakdown structures (WBS).
4. Ensure compliance and drive process improvements while actively participating in technical discussions to review documentation.
5. Conduct industrial engineering activities such as time studies, line balancing, layout design, and manpower planning.
6. Provide training to operators based on the developed work instructions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace) is required.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $115,000.00 per year
