Industrial Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This role involves conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure reliable operation of equipment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production machinery.
- Equipment Installation and Upgrade: Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to improve plant efficiency.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain equipment logs and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with production teams to ensure machine settings and processes are optimized for output.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure that all equipment is compliant with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Skills: Familiarity with PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and gearboxes is a plus.
- Education: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
