• Lock changes and lock box installation
• Minor and major repairs
• Eviction services
• Roof repair, replacement, and tarping
• Winterization and bid preparation
• Inspections and rehabilitation work

To be successful in this role, you must have your own vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone. We are also looking for construction subcontractors who can provide GC work if licensed.
