Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with new account setup, payment processing, and general customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
