Job Title: Production Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks in accordance with safety protocols, instructions, and requirements to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeframes, maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good housekeeping practices and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Report production waste and anomalies to the Production Lead or Supervisor, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Ensure safety and quality throughout production, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Notify the Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to maintain safety and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Troubleshoot problems and report issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong sense of collaboration and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Ability to be on feet for extended periods, with a strong physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • Use of hands and fingers to perform job functions, with a strong dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb, with a strong physical ability and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs, with a strong physical strength and a commitment to maintaining a healthy work environment.
