JOB SUMMARY
We are always looking for Automation Professionals with experience in Robotic Applications and/or a Combination of both skills for positions on Site at our clients facilities in Holland / Grand Rapids and Surrounding Areas

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Experienced Robotic Professional with solid experience with Fanuc Robots and various Applications related to manufacturing and assembly processes
Will be responsible for supporting commissioning, installation, start-up and debug of Robotic Applications including Welding or Assembly or Paint/Sealer or Material Handling Systems
Review and Evaluate Mechanical /Hydraulic/ Pneumatic designs of tooling and EOAT
Support Electrical, Hardware/Software Design reviews and read and interpret electrical schematics
Work closely with Project Manager, providing Field Service & technical support.
Help write operation manuals when required and give training classes at customer facilities when required. 

Responsibilities:
• Teach TCPs, Frames, Loads, DCS (Safety Configuration)
• Configure robot I/O (including communications)
o Set up and configure various types of dispense process equipment within the paint shop and general assembly applications
o Set up and configure various types of vision equipment including robot-mounted as well as floor-mounted systems
• Development of Offline Programs (OLPs)
• Develop simulations with one or more platforms for internal and external process validations
• Demonstrated competency with one or more robot applications:
o Material Handling
o Dispense (Urethane, Sealer, Adhesive, Paint)
o Welding ( Spot, Arc, Laser)
o Tool Center Points
o User Frames, Base Frames and Work Objects
o External Axis
o Offline programming software Fanuc RoboGuide Software, or ABB-RobotStudio, or Kuka-SimPro is a big plus
• Exposure to cycle time improvement initiatives and application optimization.  Use experience to optimize robot applications to meet customer requirements.
• Familiar with robot peripheral devices such as dispense and vision equipment.
• Assists with client, customer, or official contacts and communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have Min 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation cation
Travel is mostly local to Michigan but some out-of-state travel will be required in some cases 4 weeks onsite at a time but will be flexible with the candidates schedule.
