Responsibilities- Develop and implement evidence-based sepsis protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address sepsis-related issues and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to monitor sepsis care and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain educational programs and resources to enhance staff knowledge and skills in sepsis care.
- Participate in sepsis patient rounds and provide expert guidance on sepsis management and treatment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of critical care RN experience
- Current Texas RN license
- Preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
Methodist Hospital Stone Oak is a 280-bed hospital that offers a range of services, including emergency care, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatology, oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute rehab services. We are accredited by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center and have received recognition for our quality of care and patient satisfaction.
