Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse Sepsis Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Sepsis Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Registered Nurse Sepsis Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to sepsis care, as well as monitoring quality outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to advance the practice of nursing and improve positive outcomes for patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives, trend admission data, and maintain program action plans and scorecards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and review policies and procedures related to sepsis care
  • Monitor quality outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Trend admission data and maintain program action plans and scorecards
  • Manage problem resolution and protocol performance for program efficacy
  • Assist with development and implementation of Sepsis Program training and ongoing staff development
Requirements

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of critical care experience. You should have a strong understanding of sepsis care and quality improvement initiatives.
