Key Responsibilities- Specimen Processing: Sort, rack, and deliver specimens to the laboratory in a timely and accurate manner.
- Quality Control: Identify and resolve issues with specimen types, missing information, and other problems that may impact specimen processing.
- Compliance: Develop an understanding of compliance policies related to test ordering and ensure adherence to these policies.
- Documentation: Complete all required written documentation in a clear and legible manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
