About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our Building Solutions team in North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and compliance with contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Program and troubleshoot BAS controls, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed.
  • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
  • Communicate with project teams regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals.
  • Ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work.
  • Interface with site customer personnel to ensure conformance to drawing, hardware, software, and graphics site standards.
  • Coordinate commissioning and validation activities on-site with commissioning agents and site automation engineers.
  • Schedule commissioning and validation activities with the validation engineering team.
  • Perform technical reviews of test documents, software, and graphics.
  • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
  • Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project teams for resolution.
  • Maintain daily logs of activities on the jobsite.
  • Ensure subcontractors have corrected all deficiencies identified by project teams.
  • Walk all units on the project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
  • Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
  • Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
  • Ensure the job site is always kept clean and organized.
  • Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in project/construction management.
  • PMP, DBIA, or LEED certification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of construction management experience, with a focus on developing long-term relationships with customers.
  • High-level knowledge of commercial/contractual complexity, deal structure/financial acumen, and supply chain disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others.
