**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Room Inspector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our guest accommodations and public spaces meet our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assign and inspect all activities of Room Attendants, Laundry, and Porters to maintain a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
  • Maintain successful cleaning programs to ensure an immaculate facility.
  • Test new products for our housekeeping departments to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Bring lost items to the attention of the Lead Housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with our maintenance team for repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Handle guest clean concerns and respond promptly to resolve issues.
  • Treat each hotel guest like a house guest, providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

**Essential Elements**

The Room Inspector plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This requires a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our high standards.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping and general cleaning techniques is essential.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
