Key Responsibilities:

  • FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

Oversees inventory expenses and maintains stock levels through regular inspections conducted daily, weekly, and monthly.

Manages the ordering and receipt of inventory supplies.

Keeps an updated inventory of all restaurant assets.

Ensures that preventative maintenance on the restaurant facilities and equipment is performed as required.

Adheres to all cash handling and security protocols.

  • CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Inspires and guides team members to surpass customer expectations by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.

  • TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Offers coaching and constructive feedback to enhance the skills and performance of the restaurant team.

  • OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Guides the restaurant team towards the efficient preparation and sale of menu items.

Ensures that the restaurant maintains operational and brand standards.

Assumes the responsibilities of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college education is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quick service restaurant environment, with management experience being advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of profit and loss statements and management.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Comprehension of customer service principles.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to work extended and/or irregular shifts as necessary.
