Funciones y Responsabilidades del TrabajoDISH, una empresa de EchoStar, está buscando un Especialista en Operaciones de Naves Espaciales que será responsable de supervisar las actividades diarias de turno y la correcta ejecución de las operaciones de TT&C, que incluyen el rango y el comando de naves espaciales durante operaciones de turnos rotativos 24/7, según los requisitos operativos programados y dinámicos. Un Especialista en Operaciones de Naves Espaciales debe mantener registros de turno, preparar informes y proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas sobre el estado del trabajo y los hitos, así como iniciar respuestas inmediatas a anomalías en la nave espacial y el sistema TT&C. Otras responsabilidades incluyen realizar procedimientos de notificación de escalación y esforzarse por aumentar las habilidades relacionadas con el trabajo y el conocimiento profesional.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Asistir en el desarrollo técnico de miembros junior del equipo
- Aplicar experiencia y juicio profesional para evaluar, crear e implementar configuraciones innovadoras del sistema terrestre para apoyar necesidades operativas dinámicas
- Tomar decisiones adecuadas de solución de problemas y/o escalación sobre condiciones anómalas
- Anticipar, coordinar y establecer reconfiguraciones del sistema terrestre para asegurar la disponibilidad robusta del enlace TT&C
- Analizar hechos y principios y concluir sobre la gestión de maniobras de naves espaciales
- Coordinar e implementar actividades del equipo para apoyar requisitos de ingeniería, gestión y corporativos
- Reforzar la conciencia situacional de las actividades operativas de la nave espacial, operaciones de transmisión, objetivos de la empresa y avances en las industrias de medios espaciales y de comunicación
- Mantener registros de turno, preparar informes y proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas sobre el estado del trabajo y los hitos
- Iniciar respuestas inmediatas a anomalías en la nave espacial y el sistema TT&C, incluyendo notificación de escalación
- Investigar y analizar tendencias de rendimiento de la nave espacial a corto y largo plazo
- Gestionar los criterios utilizados para monitorear todos los subsistemas de la nave espacial
- Investigar, desarrollar y presentar materiales de capacitación avanzada para cumplir con los requisitos del equipo y de la organización

Habilidades, Experiencia y RequisitosEducación y Experiencia:
- Graduado de secundaria
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en operaciones de naves espaciales
Calificaciones Requeridas:
- Debe poseer un conocimiento general o especializado de uno o más de los siguientes sistemas y subsistemas de naves espaciales: Altitud, Propulsión, Energía, Manejo de Datos, Térmico, Mecanismo y Carga Útil
- Capacidad para trabajar en un horario rotativo no estándar de 12 horas, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos
- Capacidad para viajar hasta el 10% del tiempo
- Poseer habilidades organizativas sólidas y la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva (tanto por escrito como verbalmente) para interactuar eficazmente con compañeros, gestión y liderazgo ejecutivo
- Ser detallista con fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad para apoyar múltiples proyectos y responsabilidades simultáneamente
- Capacidad para resolver problemas prácticos y lidiar con una variedad de variables concretas en situaciones donde solo existe una estandarización limitada
- Poseer un sólido conocimiento práctico de Microsoft Office, Google Suite y otros principios de sistemas de redes y comunicaciones informáticas
Vestimenta Laboral: Casual de Negocios
Horas de Trabajo: Soporta cobertura 24X7. Este rol trabaja en un Horario de Turno Panamá, que es un patrón de turno rotativo lento. Los días de trabajo y no trabajo siguen este patrón 2-2-3: 2 días de trabajo, 2 días libres, 3 días de trabajo, 2 días libres, 2 días de trabajo, 3 días libres. Cada dos semanas se repiten los mismos días libres – fin de semana de 3 días. El turno puede ser diurno o nocturno.
Compensación: $32.86/Hora - $38.70/Hora

El rango de pago base mostrado es una guía. La compensación total individual variará según factores como calificaciones, nivel de habilidad y competencias; la compensación se basa en la ubicación del rol y está sujeta a cambios según la ubicación de trabajo. La publicación estará activa por un mínimo de 3 días. La publicación activa continuará extendiéndose por 3 días hasta que se cubra la posición.
