Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive omnichannel growth, including wholesale and direct sales. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business goals and ensure team objectives are met.
- Merchandise Product Management: Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Provide regular reports on performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Forecast inventory needs and manage product direction.
- Operational Execution: Coordinate and execute day-to-day sales tasks, including pulling sales data, updating digital platforms, and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) accuracy. Prepare and format customer mailing lists for quarterly mailers and manage data integration across platforms.
- Team Development and Transition: Manage the Sales & Merchandising Assistant to support operational tasks. Mentor and guide the assistant, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategic sales, merchandise planning, or buying role, ideally within an e-commerce or wholesale setting.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and mentor team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet formulas, including creating and analyzing pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify e-commerce platform.
- Ability to manage and be trusted with confidential information.
