Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Treatment and Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing cost estimates, and collecting patient financial responsibility. You will also manage the doctors' schedule and communicate with patients and referring offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and greet patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the doctors' schedule.
  • Provide cost estimates and collect patient financial responsibility.
  • Communicate with patients and referring offices as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
