Overview: We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are seeking a skilled Treatment and Operations Associate to join our team. This role is critical in providing exceptional patient care, resulting in the best clinical outcomes and meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financial responsibility.
  • Manage the doctors' schedule and communicate with patients and referring offices.
  • Provide concierge-level customer service while interacting with patients, referring offices, and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
