Join Our Team as a Vehicle Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
  • Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
  • Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
  • Achieve SuperPro certification.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
Work Environment:

In this position, you will be subject to environmental conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
