Job Title: Senior Service Technician

At Jonas Energy Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HVACR servicing jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in planning, organizing, and motivating the service team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example and provide guidance to junior technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs.
  • Perform complex service jobs, including on-call duties, and provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and monitor the technical progress of newly assigned service employees.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Indoor Air Quality services, unit components, and residential service contracts.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement administrative, dispatching, and on-site evaluation processes.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate and graduate of a post-secondary HVACR program of instruction of two or more years in duration.
  • Five or more years of successful and full-time HVACR experience, either as a commercial service or commercial installation technician.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and apply manufacturers' instructions.
  • Physical ability to perform all duties under various conditions and extreme weather.
  • Current (state) operator's license and ability to operate all vehicles in the corporate fleet.
