About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Venice Suites. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating and serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treat all guests with a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with all aspects of the dining experience, including food and beverage service, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and beverage offerings to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the stockroom, bar tables, and counter surface.
  • Assist other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department, restaurant, and hotel.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and other beverages.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
