Our extensive experience with Low Earth Orbit (LEO) operations on the International Space Station and our involvement in Commercial LEO initiatives set the stage for future lunar missions through projects like Orion, Gateway, and the Space Launch System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement security protocols to comply with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and U.S. Government security standards to safeguard classified information.
  • Manage and maintain employee security clearances and associated documentation.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor company security policies and training programs.
  • Act as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official, collaborating with senior management and counterintelligence personnel.
  • Generate and disseminate security and counterintelligence updates as necessary.
  • Complete required FSO training and conduct annual self-assessments.
  • Collaborate with senior management on Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements.
  • Travel as needed for audits and corporate office visits.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, coupled with two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of FSO Orientation for Non-Possessing Facilities.
  • Insider Threat Training Certification is advantageous.
  • Experience with Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) is preferred.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a government background investigation.
  • Applicants may be subject to drug testing as per our Drug-Free Workplace policy.
  • Selected candidates must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

  • Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
