We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Specialist to join our team at UT Health San Antonio.

About the Position

This role is responsible for providing general administrative support to a department or group of professionals, including gathering data, special projects, and general office duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative and clerical support, including routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as assigned.
  • Maintains office supplies for the department.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
