Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SLI/SLOs of customer-facing interfaces and back-end services, providing improvement plans for non-compliance.
  • Develop custom dashboards in New Relic to represent a holistic view of the system's operational health.
  • Improve reliability, quality, and time to market of our software solutions.
  • Support release engineering by providing automation support and pushing changes to production when manual intervention is needed.
  • Measure and optimize system performance to push our capabilities forward and innovate to continually improve.

Requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of work experience in a related field. Additionally, 2 years of experience with/using Go, Java, C/C++, Ruby, React Native, and JavaScript, as well as AWS cloud services like EC2, S3, Cloud Front, and EKS, and performance management tools like New Relic and EFK stack.
