LPN/RN Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled LPN/RN to join our team at The Village at Victory Lakes, a vibrant senior living community in Lindenhurst, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents
  • Supervise and coordinate activities performed by Nursing Assistants
  • Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Keep physician and/or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditions
  • Supervise Nursing Assistants, may supervise other nurses
  • Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/RN program
  • Current RN or LPN license in Illinois
  • Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatrics
  • Must enjoy working with the senior population
