Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at AnyPlace MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pathology lab, ensuring the highest quality of patient care while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pathology lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality patient care.
  • Manage and supervise laboratory staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective lab operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve lab efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of lab results.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of lab results, patient information, and quality control measures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Medical Technology or a related life science.
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • NYS DOE Clinical Laboratory Technologist license is required.
  • ASCP registration or equivalent desirable.
