Job Title: Account Executive - Community Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Community Solutions sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

About the Role:
  • Sell our products and services to MDU communities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with high-level clientele
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements
  • Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of related sales experience in cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development
  • Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem-solving, customer satisfaction, and active listening skills
  • Ability to present technical concepts in understandable ways and work well under pressure
  • Valid state driver's license and safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cable, TV, Internet, and/or Voice products and services
  • Experience using automated report applications (e.g. Salesforce CRM)
