Position Overview
As an integral part of the SERVPRO team, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough internal job file quality assessments.
  • Prepare and manage estimates and billing documentation.
  • Coordinate scheduling for crews and job assignments.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and payroll.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for new team members.
  • Perform various office administrative tasks, including drafting emails and written communications.
  • Execute detailed and precise data entry tasks.
  • Support other departments as required.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office-related roles.
  • Familiarity with billing processes, quality assurance, and scheduling is advantageous.
  • Experience in a service-oriented industry is a plus.
  • Exemplary customer service skills, including effective listening and questioning abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to learn new software applications, including proprietary systems.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed. Typical hours may vary between 7:45 a.m. and 5 p.m.
