Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team at Becker Morgan. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and managing of various civil engineering projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing detailed designs and plans for civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will also perform site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical analysis to inform project design. To achieve this, you must utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed drawings and specifications.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines. You will collaborate with architects, fellow engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Furthermore, you will actively monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.

As part of your duties, you will ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal regulations and adhere to company quality standards. You will conduct site inspections to verify construction compliance with design specifications and safety standards. You will also prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, and other technical documents.

You will communicate with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve project-related issues. You will present design concepts and project progress to clients and internal teams. Lastly, you must incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative solutions into projects to meet environmental and social goals.
