Job Title: Production Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Maui Brewing Co. in $65,000 - $75,000 per year. As a key member of our brewery operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth production of high-quality beer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and execute all functions according to policy and procedures, safety requirements, and best practices.
  • Execute daily CIPs, wort, soda, and cider production, raw material handling, yeast propagation, fermentation management, filtration and finishing, bright beer handling, and packaging in accordance with Maui Brewing Co.'s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize all equipment and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality and follow company protocols.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized brewery/production area, including pallet racking, hop cooler, mill, brewhouse, fermentation cellar, centrifuge area, brite cellar, silo yard, utility yard, wastewater, and walkways/driveways.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in operating process controls accurately and effectively in accordance with end targets.
  • Foster open communication with other departments (QA/QC, Packaging, Warehouse, and Maintenance).

Requirements:

  • Ability to work any shift (mornings, afternoons, overnights) including weekdays and weekends, and possible rotations.
  • Maintain flexibility with schedule; rarely or never outside of adherence to schedule.
  • High school diploma. Formal brewing education preferred.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; accurate record-keeping skills.
