Key Responsibilities:

Engages in routine activities related to food portioning, serving, and cleaning of dining areas and equipment. Complies with designated cleaning and waste management procedures as required by health regulations. Upholds a professional standard of service throughout all tasks.
  • Assigned tasks may encompass various functions within the foodservice domain.
  • Responsibilities may include food preparation, packaging, and delivery services.
  • Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas as directed by management and health regulations.
  • Monitors and records temperatures of food items and storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Prepares food trays for immediate service or stores them appropriately in refrigeration units.
  • Measures and weighs ingredients as necessary.
  • Receives and organizes food supplies, equipment, and utensils in designated storage areas.
  • May handle cash transactions based on operational needs.

Position Details:

Per Diem/Flex: Foodservice Worker

Rotating weekends and holidays are required.
