Job Summary:
As a Culinary Service Associate, you will engage in essential tasks related to the preparation, serving, and sanitation of food items and dining areas. You will adhere to specific cleaning protocols and waste management practices as mandated by health regulations, ensuring a professional and high-standard service throughout your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute various assignments within the Culinary Services department, which may encompass food preparation, packaging, and distribution.
2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food service areas in compliance with management directives and health regulations.
3. Monitor and document food temperatures and the conditions of storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
4. Arrange food trays on warmers for immediate service or place them in refrigerated storage as necessary.
5. Accurately measure and weigh ingredients for meal preparation.
6. Receive and organize food supplies, utensils, and equipment in designated storage areas.
7. Handle cash transactions as required by operational needs.
Work Environment:
Typically performed in a culinary service setting, this role requires adherence to all job-specific responsibilities and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Position Details:
Flexible schedule with rotating weekends and holidays required. Eligible for shift differentials.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred.
