Requirements
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance management
