Job Overview:

Belmont Search is seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You will support contracts, subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications, as well as monitoring production and recording rates in a logbook. Additionally, you will maintain a set of production documents, update them daily, and report any field conditions and issues to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
