Procter & Gamble is seeking a skilled Equipment Designer and Delivery Specialist to join our Grooming Manufacturing team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and deliver processes and equipment critical to the Grooming business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver processes and equipment for all product tiers
  • Collaborate with R&D and front-end innovation organizations to deliver global initiative masterplans and product destination visions
  • Work with internal and external business partners to deliver projects from proof-of-principle testing to detailed machine design and fabrication
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field with 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Experience with high-volume manufacturing technologies and assembly techniques
  • Knowledge of machine design, 3D parametric solid modeling CAD, and CAE tools for static and dynamic analysis of machine components
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is a full-time position that requires onsite work at our Boston, MA office 3 days per week. The position may include 5-20% annual travel, domestic and international.
