Location: Remote (Candidates must reside within a 2-hour driving distance of San Diego, CA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve coverage issues with a focus on accuracy and member satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support business case development.
- Maintain timely follow-up on member cases to ensure effective communication.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills are crucial for success in this role.
Work Schedule:
Standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with healthcare billing, grievance/appeals processes, and case management.
- Familiarity with Epic and Oracle systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information to team members and stakeholders.
