Inventory Management Specialist

About the Opportunity:

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a family-owned company in San Antonio to find a detail-oriented professional for an Inventory Control Clerk role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making and optimize inventory levels.
  • Complete paperwork and verify quantities returned, analyze returned products to determine if product should be disposed of.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role, ideally within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
