Job Description:

Axelon's Power Systems Division is seeking a dedicated Training Professional Temp to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating the offline training initiatives within the organization.
The Training Professional plays a crucial role in ensuring that the workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support the strategic objectives of the business.
This position will report directly to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of offline training materials, utilizing various formats such as books and videos to effectively convey information.
  • Support the administrative framework of the Training Strategy to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain engaging visual aids and training presentations.
  • Deliver training sessions to individuals and groups as required.
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours, including shifts and overtime, to provide comprehensive training support across all operational shifts.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills are vital.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities are expected.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework is preferred.
  • Prior experience in training or a leadership/supervisory capacity is advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.
