The role demands a highly skilled individual who will play a crucial part in the design and execution of Contact Center Solutions that are in harmony with the overarching business strategy and goals.
This position is tasked with the creation of comprehensive solution designs and documentation that facilitate the development, deployment, and operation of enterprise-level contact solutions utilized by the Contact Center in support of innovative programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Offer strategic guidance to business stakeholders in defining or crafting business processes, functions, and organizational frameworks.
2. Drive the development of intricate enterprise business solutions.
3. Design and specify large-scale or complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure components, or processes.
4. Oversee reviews of system designs to ensure the selection of suitable technologies.
5. Utilize appropriate tools to aid in the development of architectural frameworks.
6. Identify technical, organizational, and physical environments pertinent to products or systems.
7. Lead the resolution of architectural and business challenges.
8. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
9. Manage the expectations of clients, partners, and management.
10. Engage in customer walkthroughs, design discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
11. Collaborate with various departments across the organization as needed.
12. Maintain an extensive understanding of specific technical aspects within the area of expertise.
13. Provide leadership and mentorship in areas of specialization and architecture.
14. Prepare presentations on complex topics within the area of expertise.
15. Present to peers to ensure alignment with Highmark's strategic objectives.
16. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
EDUCATION:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
Preferred:
Master’s Degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 7 years in an IT role, 7 years in a Business role.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the health insurance industry.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Preferred:
Relevant industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, Cognos, PEGA, Enterprise Architect (SCEA), Project Management.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in designing and implementing contact center technologies that align with business objectives for both on-premises and CCaaS environments.
Ability to develop technology roadmaps that correspond with business priorities and future initiatives.
Identify opportunities for optimization within the current environment.
Research and assess new concepts in contact center technologies.
Collaborate with business units to prioritize programs that align with critical strategic deliverables.
Experience in supporting multiple clients.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
