Senior IT Architect

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for providing architecture support for large-scale projects and ensuring that our solutions meet business needs and align with architecture governance and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage key stakeholders to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities that enable and drive business outcomes through Business Process Mapping
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions and architectures that fulfill specific business and technology outcomes
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all architecture design and analysis work
• Research and provide information related to the adoption of emerging technology trends, disruptions, and practices relevant to assigned domain
• Engage key stakeholders to identify business and technology-enabled innovation opportunities that enable and drive business outcomes
• Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI)
• Previous experience in PBM / health care industry
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Product Delivery model
• Experience with software development life cycle and project management principles
• Experience in basic office productivity software and tools (MS Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in eliciting requirements using a variety of techniques
• Demonstrated experience in specifying and modeling requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience including a minimum of 1 year designing, building and maintaining high quality, security software in IT or can use relevant business experience
• High proficiency in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS, and application integration technologies
• Critical Thinker
• Problem Solving Techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in health care or insurance industries
• AWS Certification or Exposure (Architect, Sysops, Developer)
• Service Now experience

Compensation:

The potential pay for this position ranges from $87,280.00 - $148,380.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
