KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the account manager and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery, timely correspondence, and fulfillment of customer and corporate requirements.
  • Coordinate technician schedules to align with the diverse needs of our clientele.
  • Draft and manage contracts for execution, invoicing, and facilitate effective communication among relevant team members.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including the creation and maintenance of letters, invoices, spreadsheets, reports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks independently and effectively, even with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS

To align with our organizational goals and client expectations, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in administrative support; 2 years of accounting experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mechanical contracting firms is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn additional software as needed.
  • Knowledge of AIA forms, certified payroll, and prevailing wage regulations is a plus, though not required.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with all organizational levels in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with a professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
