Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that all food and beverage items are properly stocked and maintained to meet the demands of our guests.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Process cash transactions, make change, and tender payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, expediting orders as needed to ensure a quick and efficient service.
  • Guest Service and Interaction: Provide exceptional guest service, answering questions, giving directions, and initiating interactions to ensure a positive experience for our visitors.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy and secure environment for our guests and staff.
  • Scheduling and Attendance: Meet scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods, to ensure adequate staffing and meet business needs.
Requirements
  • California Food Handler's Card: Possess a valid California Food Handler's Card.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move at least 30lbs, walk or stand for extended periods, and perform other physical demands of the role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English in a manner sufficient for effective communication.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Background Check: Pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy.
