Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about available insurance products.
  • Generate leads, organize appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
Compensation and Benefits

As a member of the Agent Team, you will enjoy:

  • Hourly wages complemented by commission and bonuses.
  • Health insurance benefits.
  • Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days.
  • A signing bonus ranging from $500 to $750.
Qualifications
