At Yakima Neighborhood Health Services, we are seeking a skilled Part-Time Pharmacist to join our integrated health team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic care to patients in the Yakima Valley.
Responsibilities- Provide patient education and counseling on medication management and health-related topics.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Order and monitor lab tests to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure prescription accuracy and patient safety.
- Participate in efficient and creative service delivery to meet the needs of our patients.
- Minimum of a BS degree in pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Washington State license to practice pharmacy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with patients and healthcare team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Preference given to bilingual English/Spanish speakers or those proficient in ASL.
- Competitive hourly rate of $72-80.
- Part-time schedule with flexible hours.
